A concept brought together by founding members Dustin Watters (drums) and John McLoughlin (guitars\vocals). After just a few jam sessions and a passion for Pink Floyd’s music, they were eventually joined by members Danny Gillman (guitars\vocals), Robbie Robinson (bass guitar\vocals), and Paul Benes (keyboard\vocals). Collectively they form Central Illinois’ Premier Pink Floyd tribute experience! Spanning decades of the Pink Floyd catalog, covering some of the greatest rock songs that are in every music lovers collection can be relived live.
This One’s Pink brings the sounds and visual elements that have made Pink Floyd’s style of music a memorable experience. Songs from The Wall, The Division Bell, Animals, and of course, the number one platinum album, Dark Side of the Moon; This One’s Pink plays them all!
These guys have done their homework and have the proven chops that can truly bring you a one-of-a-kind experience that few others have been able to achieve.
They have played theater stages, festival stages, including the Heart of Illinois fair, the historic Apollo Theater in Peoria and even the small stage has been drenched in the sights and sounds of this tribute to one of the greatest rock groups in our history.
What’s in a name? This One’s Pink answers the many references that Pink Floyd had in a number of their top songs; “by the way, which one’s pink?”, a reference from many non-Floydians who try to figure out which one in the group was Pink. This One’s Pink answered it.
This One’s Pink has traveled regionally from Iowa to Ohio, headlining and sharing touring shows with other top level tribute artists.
